Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) through ANPC is a free and quick way to resolve disputes between consumers and traders without going to court.
When can you contact ANPC?
- If you have an unresolved complaint against HostON within 30 days
- For disputes regarding services purchased online
- If you are not satisfied with our response to a complaint

Contact HostON — Send an email to info@hoston.ro. We respond within a maximum of 5 business days.

If you're not satisfied — You can file a complaint with ANPC through the SAL online platform.

Alternative resolution — ANPC mediates between you and HostON for an amicable solution.
