Accessibility statement

HOSTON SRL is a microenterprise within the meaning of Legea nr. 232/2022 (the Romanian law transposing the European Accessibility Act; Art. 3(1) point 12) and, as a microenterprise providing services, benefits from the exemption provided in Art. 4(5). Nevertheless, we voluntarily commit to following the WCAG 2.1 level AA criteria on hoston.ro and my.hoston.ro. If you have difficulty accessing them, write to us at info@hoston.ro; we will help you place your order by other means. Last evaluation: 08.10.2026.

• a clear structure with headings, navigation landmarks and a “Skip to content” link;
• full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator;
• sufficient contrast between text and background, text that can be enlarged without loss of content;
• alternative texts for images; decorative images are ignored by screen readers;
• pages that adapt to small screens, without horizontal scrolling;
• forms with visible labels and explicit error messages;
• reduced animations when the operating system requests it.

• some pages of the my.hoston.ro client account (the WHMCS platform) and the PDF invoices do not yet fully meet the criteria;
• the chat window with an operator (tawk.to) is provided by a third party and we cannot fully adapt it;
• the cPanel control panel and the applications installed by clients have their own levels of accessibility.
