Storage, memory and CPU belong to the reseller account and are shared among the accounts you create for customers. Extra IP addresses and cPanel accounts are chosen at order time, with the monthly price shown in the cart. The 30-day money-back guarantee also applies to reseller plans.

Separate accounts
From WHM you create a cPanel account for each client. Websites, emails and databases are kept separate, and a problem in one account does not affect the others. Clients log in to their own cPanel with their own details.
Resources
The plan gives you the reseller account's storage, memory and CPU, which you share between clients. The included accounts cover your first clients; beyond that, you add extra accounts at the price shown in the cart.
Growth
Reseller Start suits a small agency or a freelancer. When your portfolio reaches hundreds of accounts, Enterprise plans bring more storage, more resources and SSH access.

Your clients are yours: you define their packages and prices and bill them directly. For any technical problem on the server, you contact us by ticket.
Prices
The prices on the site are the ones in the client area, set in euro. With annual payment you pay 10% less. On web hosting, WordPress and eCommerce, new customers get 25% off the first invoice with the code HOSTON25. The renewal price is the list price on the renewal date; the amount in lei is calculated at the BNR exchange rate. On VPS, new customers get 15% off the first invoice with the code VPS15, once.

A cPanel account is one client with its own login, separate directory and main domain. Reseller Start has 15, 30, 50 or 80 accounts and Reseller Enterprise 50, 100, 150 or 200. You can add extra accounts (up to 24). Subdomains, email addresses and databases in an account are not counted separately.
Yes. You add accounts at order time or at any moment from the client account, in the product configuration. The price is fixed, per account per month, and you see it in the cart. You can add a maximum of 24 extra accounts per plan.
Enterprise has more accounts (from 50 to 200), more space (from 500 GB to 2 TB), more memory and CPU, and SSH access. Reseller Start has no SSH access.
Every reseller plan includes 1 dedicated IPv4 address. Additional addresses are added from the product options, with the monthly price shown in the cart.
The plan's storage, RAM, CPU and processes belong to the reseller account. You share them between clients through the packages you create in WHM.
You do, for your clients. We provide technical support to you, Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00, for everything to do with the server and the accounts.
Yes. JetBackup makes daily copies of the accounts. Your clients can restore files, databases or emails themselves from cPanel.
Yes, migration is free. For cPanel accounts, the move is usually done without data loss and without you having to ask anything of your clients.
