1. Participation
The programme is open to any individual or legal entity with an account at my.hoston.ro. Sign-up is free and is done from the “Affiliates” section of the client area.
HOSTON SRL may refuse or revoke participation in case of breach of these terms or of the acceptable use policy.
2. Commissions
The commission is 20% of the value excluding VAT of each payment made by the referred customer for eligible services, including renewals, for as long as the programme is in force.
The following do not earn commission: domains (registration, transfer, renewal), credits added to the account, refunded or cancelled orders and your own orders.
The tracking cookie is valid for 90 days. An order placed during this period from the device that accessed the link is attributed to the affiliate.
3. Confirmation and payment
Commissions first appear as “pending” and become available after the confirmation period shown in the affiliate account, to cover the refund period.
The commission is cancelled if the referred customer obtains a refund, through the 30-day guarantee or by exercising the right of withdrawal.
Individuals can use the balance to pay for HostON services. Legal entities can request payment by bank transfer, on the basis of an invoice, once the minimum threshold shown in the affiliate account is reached.
4. Restrictions
The following are not permitted:
- referring your own orders or accounts controlled by the affiliate;
- sending unsolicited messages (spam);
- bidding on keywords containing the HostON brand in advertising networks;
- presenting false or misleading information about HostON's services and prices;
- using the HostON logo without written consent.
5. Taxation
Affiliates are responsible for declaring and paying the taxes on commissions, in accordance with the applicable tax legislation.
6. Changes and termination
HOSTON SRL may change these terms or close the programme with 30 days' notice. Commissions confirmed before the change remain valid.
